BRIAN MUNFORD
Brian Munford is chef and owner of Patina Grill, located in the quickly growing Short Pump area. Brian learned the restaurant trade in the coastal area just north of San Francisco, amid a wealth of international influences, remarkable natural bounty, and the food revolution of the 1980's. Before opening Patina, he spent time at several Richmond restaurants including Millie's and Havana '59, and also in Charlottesville at Metropolitain and Mono Loco. Since opening in 1998, Patina Grill has provided innovative fine dining in the far West End. Selected as the best restaurant in the West End by readers of Richmond Magazine in 1999, 2000, and 2001.
